Plate It!

Plate It! is a game that challenges you to put together attractive plates of food. Forget about cooking, though. Here, all you're in charge of is the preparation of the final look of the dish. Think of it like painting a picture ... but with food.

It's easy to enjoy Plate It! since you'll start learning to play right from the get-go. You're given a series of missions where you'll be asked for a minimum amount of food on the plate that you have to choose, position on the plate, and scale them to your own taste. When you've finished, you'll be given one out of three stars. In order to earn the other two stars, you need to wait 30 minutes while the rest of the users vote on your creation.

Voting on other players plates is one of the basic cornerstones of the game. You have to swipe left or right according to whether or not you like the plate design you see. This is a common gameplay popularized by the app Tinder, but in this case, your passion is focused on plates of food. For every five plates you vote on, you'll get knives that will let you continue putting together your own plates. This fact will keep you motivated to keep voting on other players' creations.

Plate It! is a pretty original game that steps away from the typical gameplay of the genre to offer a title with a strong social component. It's a simple game with tons of unlockable content, both in terms of food and the plates themselves.
